As our CSR you coordinate and are responsible for customer service and customer care. You are part of the international sales team and work closely together with your colleagues in the supply chain and your colleagues in Beijing, China.

As a Customer Service Representative your biggest responsibility is; creating satisfied and committed customers! You manage small accounts, and you support the sales managers and take care of the order entry as well. You maintain the customer database and you coordinate the information and data flows between all internal and external parties, prioritize and are always aware of finding bottlenecks and the possibilities for improvement by building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In case of any issues, you priorate and act accordingly. “The Customer is King” is your slogan and you collaborate with them to ensure appropriate and serious handling of any customer issue. Any customer related issue is handled with the highest priority to assure a long-lasting customer relationship.
You love networking and building relations and you are devoted to managing and maintaining customer satisfaction. You are a customer service generalist with broad knowledge. In this role you are responsible for topics such as customer service/care policy, maintaining processes and tools and improve efficiency and teamwork. You are familiar with ERP systems (experience with SAP Business One is a preference) and Office applications (Excel, Word). With your knowledge you are able to optimize the customer service and maximize the company’s efficiency and trust ability to their customers.
Furthermore, You have a relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in customer service management and international commerce an experience within a relevant sector (f.e. FMCG). To do well in this role you need detailed understanding of customer service and care and international company processes and know how to continuous optimize these processes. You also have excellent communication skills. You speak fluently Dutch and your English language skills are excellent.
