What will you do as a Customer Service Manager?

As a Customer Service Manager your biggest responsibility is; creating satisfied and committed customers! You think in terms of solutions and do not hold back when problems become more complex. You enjoy working with goals and missions. With your clear insight you ensure the correct implementation of strategies to achieve these goals and missions. Your analytical skills come in handy here, you keep a close eye on everything and analyze the statistics and documentation to make useful reports. With these reports you can set qualitative and quantitative goals. You are responsible for the Customer Service team. Our employees are our assets, and you ensure that everyone grows through your passionate and a coaching style of management. You agree that everybody should be used to their full potential, and you make sure that this happens. You oversee the department’s budgets, maintain a well-organized workflow, and excel at prioritization.

 Who are you?

  • You have several years of demonstrable work experience in a comparable role;
  • You have HBO (university of applied sciences)/MBO+ (post-secondary vocational education) working and thinking level;
  • You have experience in B2B and business customer service;
  • You have knowledge of management methods and techniques;
  • You are a natural communicator who is fluent in both Dutch and English. (Mastery of a third language, French, Spanish or German is an advantage);
  • You have a strong understanding of automation, including commonly used software, databases and tooling (knowledge of SAP is an advantage);
  • You are, without a doubt, goal-oriented and customer-focused;
  • You are a fast learner with a proactive attitude and, most importantly, an infectious and natural enthusiasm.
